Our Organization

Progressive Management of America, Inc. (Progressive Management) was established in 1995 by Michael G. Kent. Progressive Management is a full service property management and consulting company located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. We service clients from Pensacola to Panama City, Florida.

In the past four years Progressive Management has assumed total responsibility and accountability for $40,000,000 of hurricane damage restoration and rebuilding. Our company is currently developing a $30,000,000 condominium project in Fort Walton Beach, FL. In addition, we have oversight responsibility to manage over $22,000,000 per year of operating budgets.

Our company specializes in management of multifamily apartment communities and residential/ resort condominium associations. The Progressive Management staff consists of over 90 full-time professionals under the leadership of the corporate staff who provide oversight in the areas of financial reporting, accounting, human resources, training, marketing, insurance and construction.
