Michael G. Kent, Founder and President
Michael obtained a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from the General Motors Institute and an M.B.A. from Wayne State University. He began his real estate career in 1980 after working as a vice president at Federal Mogul Corporation and then a plant manager for Allied Resins, Inc. He founded a real estate brokerage company, Kent and Company, P.A., in 1984 and in response to the growth of the management portion of the company; he founded Progressive Management of America, Inc. (Progressive Management). Mr. Kent has served as an officer for the Okaloosa Community Development Corporation since 1994 as an advocate of affordable housing.

Gayle Kent, Chief Financial Officer
Gayle majored in Business Administration at the Brigham Young University and graduated from a nursing program in California. She worked as an office manager in various medical offices. After receiving her Real Estate License she became an onsite marketing director for a beachfront community and joined Progressive Management in 1992. She has been Chief Financial Officer since 1999.

Jennifer Fillmore, Controller
Jennifer received her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College in 2000. She joined O’Sullivan Creel, LLP where she was part of the Auditing Services Department specializing in not-for-profit, condominium associations, and governmental industries. In 2005, Ms. Fillmore joined the Progressive Management Team as its Controller. She is a licensed Community Association Manager.

Virginia Taylor, Senior Corporate Staff
Virginia began a career in private banking in 1996. She joined the Progressive Management Team in 2006 as the Association Administrator and Payroll Manager. She is a licensed Community Association Manager.

Susan Barnes, Community Association Manager

Susan was born in Independence, Missouri but grew up in Pensacola, Florida. During her early years she spent many years in the banking industry, and several positions in retail office work. Her family moved to Columbia, Missouri and Birmingham, Alabama for education and then settled in Crestview, Florida.  During a span of fifteen years, she was employed as the manager of a college dormitory, worked in the floral industry, employed at the comptroller's office of Samford University and was the office manager for a health provider. Susan is excitied to bring her extensive customer service background to Progressive Management of America.

Jeffrey Kent, Regional Director
Jeffrey Kent received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from Jacksonville State University in 1998 and became a licensed real estate broker in 2002. After serving as Director of Marketing and Training he took the position of Regional Director for Progressive Management in 2000.

John Fox, Regional Director
John served in the in the US Marine Corps and continued his career in the airline industry in customer service and project management.  Bringing  his previous experience and skills John joined Progressive Management Team in 2007 as a District Manager.
